Are you an immediately available Customer Service Administrator looking for work? 

We have partnered with a national student accommodation provider who is in need of a reliable proven Customer Service Administrator for their Birmingham building. The successful candidate will have first class customer service experience and good administration skills 

This role is offered on a temporary ongoing basis to start from Monday 12th April 2021. The role will be working 5 days per week, between the hours of 08.00 -20.00 Monday to Friday and some weekends will include Saturday and Sunday 09.00 -17.00

Pay Rate: £9.00
Location: Birmingham (B4 postcode) 
Nearest Station: Birmingham Snow Hill 

Duties include: 

  • Meeting and greeting students 
  • Responding to general enquries in person, over the telephone and email 
  • Updating the in-house database and taking payments 
  • Taking and distributing post 
  • Sending payment reminder letters as appropriate 
  • Escalating and logging any maintenence issues
