Marketing Executive required by an award winning global marketing agency based in central London. This role is a chance to join and build their fast-moving team of marcoms experts. You will be stickler for detail, brilliant at nurturing client relationships and adapting to different types of campaigns. As a Marketing Executive, you will be central to the planning and execution of campaigns using the full digital marketing mix across a range of channels, including email marketing, social media, educator outreach, paid social and search and direct mail.

This is a full time, permanent role – paying circa £25-27k per annum plus excellent benefits – flexible working (home and office based working) – interviews asap

Key duties:

  • Develop client relationships
  • Provide day to day operational support of client accounts
  • Daily contact with Marketing Manager and all other members of the Marketing team
  • Frequent liaison with other teams, especially Projects, Design and Digital
  • Regular contact with external suppliers, managing relationships and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Own production of reporting documents, e.g. status reports, minutes, agendas, coverage reports, accurately and quickly and take responsibility for sharing these
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Directly interact with client via phone/email/meetings
  • Develop client relationships
  • Plan and deliver triggered email campaigns via Dotdigital and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Identify target groups for email and direct mail campaigns and work with external data suppliers to segment data
  • Implement organic and paid social media campaigns
  • Use web analytics software to track campaign performance

Skills required:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task priorities and handle different projects efficiently
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Active in social media and interested in keeping up to date with trends in this area
  • Experience in using email marketing automation solutions (Dotdigital, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Understanding of data systems and CRM
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in using web analytics, particularly Google Analytics
