What You'll Be Doing


As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of the business, focused on delivering top-notch service while driving sales performance. Here's what you can expect:

  • Hitting Sales Goals – Play your part in achieving store sales targets through upselling and smart customer engagement.
  • Customer Connections – Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet them.
  • Maintaining Standards – Keep the store looking sharp and compliant with health and safety practices.
  • Handling Enquiries – Answer queries with confidence and enthusiasm, showcasing the full suite of services.
  • Owning the Detail – Stay on top of daily admin, store tasks, and procedures to keep things running smoothly.
  • Going Solo – Confidently manage the store solo when needed, taking on key holder responsibilities.
  • Teamwork & Independence – Work seamlessly with colleagues or fly solo — you’re great at both.



What You’ll Bring


To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Solid communication skills – written, verbal, and numerical.
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent listening skills.
  • Great attention to detail and strong self-motivation.
  • The flexibility to work as part of a team or independently.
  • The confidence to advise customers and champion products after your training.



A Day in the Life


  • Delivering excellent service to every customer who walks through the door or calls.
  • Reaching — and exceeding — sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Taking responsibility as a key holder when lone working.
  • Carrying out store walks and unit checks to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Supporting store operations — including occasional forklift use, where trained.
  • Helping to minimise customer debt through proactive account management.
  • Pitching in with general duties to keep the store at its best.
