Centre Manager required by a leading membership organisation in central London. The post holder will oversee and manage all admin functions and work in conjucntion with senior managers, Directors and Combined Committees.
This is a full time permanent role – salary circa £38,000 to £41,000 per annum plus excellent benefits – offices located in the City of London (Zone 1 TFL) – hybrid working (both home and office based working)
Duties include:
- Line manage the Membership Officer, including managing workload, productivity and supporting development in regular supervision sessions.
- Support the management of the Centre’s finances.
- Act as a budget holder for the central account.
- Organise and attend monthly finance clinics to oversee projects’ and financial management accounts.
- Oversee the invoicing of members.
- Manage the liaison between the Finance team and the budget holders (e.g. responding to queries, managing salary allocations, troubleshooting)
- Support taking payments for events and projects
- Analyse data and write management reports about:
- Membership of subscription-based projects
- Mental health provider participation in projects, to inform their Quality Accounts
- Manage the committee including organising committee meetings, maintaining a membership list, sending out agendas and papers and taking minutes.
