A dynamic local council, recognized as one of the leading innovators in West London, is actively seeking a dedicated Civic Campus Director to oversee the regeneration of a prestigious West London Borough

Role: Civic Campus Director
Daily Rate: Umbrella £700 -£800 per day
Full Time: Monday to Friday - Open to Part-time for exceptional candidates
Location: 2 -3 Days per week on-site with the project team rest will be WFH

As a key member, you'll collaborate with Members and various services to transform the Town Hall and King Street into a bustling destination, complete with events, a cinema, and retail offerings. Your leadership will drive positive cultural change, embody council values, and empower staff for success. About the Role:

Leadership and Strategy:
Establish and lead the entire operational and management team at the Civic Campus.
Provide leadership and strategic guidance, directing the pre-'go live' period and ensuring readiness for staff return.
Placemaking and Activation:
Bring a placemaking perspective, oversee the curatorial role, and lead outreach to other organizations.
Develop and activate the placemaking strategy, ensuring the campus is operational by Spring 2024.
Stakeholder Management and Income Generation:
Liaise with various stakeholders, including Members, internal departments, partners, and commercial lessees.
Manage venue and property teams, aiming for revenue targets and maximizing net income.
Relationship Building and Compliance:
Foster positive relationships with Members, resident forums, and key stakeholders.
Ensure staff compliance with policies, emphasizing health and safety, data protection, equality, and diversity.
Financial Management and Inclusion:
Monitor and control division budgets, emphasizing cost controls and income maximization.
Promote equality and inclusion across all service provisions.

Education and Financial Acumen:
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with evidence of continuous professional development.
Strong financial acumen, reasoning, and experience with large budgets; identifies efficiency savings through effective financial planning
