Create initiatives that will dazzle and captivate prospective and repeat customers. Ensure the brand's image, is both consistent and compelling.
Marketing Objectives- Develop and deliver marketing objectives aligned with the business priorities.
Market Insights - transform consumer research and market trends into actionable insights to supercharge the communication strategies.
Content Coordination : Oversee all content requirements for brand, from planning to sign-off.
Creative Leadership: Lead the Brand Marketing Calendar, ensuring campaign deadlines are met, especially in the realms of paid, social, and influencer marketing. Bring inspiration and creativity to the team during campaign and collection launches.
Measuring Impact: Report on the effectiveness of the brand campaigns across all channels and be the driving force behind positive change.
Be a Change-maker: Challenge the status quo and influence the brand's direction with innovative ideas and creative thinking.
Multichannel Control: Take ownership of executing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they're impactful, on time, and within budget. Set and track campaign objectives and KPIs, focusing on brand awareness, traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition and retention.
Customer-Centric: Analyse consumer behaviour to fine-tune the marketing approach and ensure we're speaking to the right audience in the right way.
Advertising Guru: Support and implement advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness and acquisitions.
Insight-Driven: Conduct research to gain invaluable insights into the customers, audience, market, and competitors, which will inform the brand strategy.
Trendsetter: Identify cultural trends, key milestones, and opportunities and transform them into timely and relevant content and PR campaigns that drive measurable results.
Track & Learn: Continuously monitor brand health metrics and ROI to measure success and gather insights for future initiatives.
Discover new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the brand, while also enhancing existing channels to drive improvements.
Data Collaboration: Collaborate actively with the data team to drive process improvements and identify new reporting to propel growth.
