Job Details

Customer Complaints Officer required by a leading global technology company based in London to manage complaints and resolve issues, providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and correspondence. The post holder will resolve customer complaints at the first point of contact received from the customer by completing prompt, high quality investigations so that issues are promptly resolved.

This is a full time, permanent role – paying circa £26-27k per annum plus benefits – THIS ROLE WILL BE FULLY REMOTE / HOME WORKING and you can be based anywhere in the UKinterviews asap and immediate start thereafter


  • Oversee and actively manage customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
  • Improve the overall customer relationship, making customers aware of the organisation’s complaints procedures
  • Acknowledge and resolve complaints systematically and fairly and within set time limits as defined by Financial Conduct Authority both via telephone and letter
  • Investigate the root cause of any complaints, gathering information from relevant teams or stakeholders
  • Provide feedback to the business or a team member where appropriate for continuous improvement opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organisational policies and professional codes
  • Respond to all complaints and escalations in a sensitive and timely manner
  • Review and assess complaints referred from the Financial Ombudsman Service or any other Alternative Dispute Resolution
