Talent Acquisition Partner required by a leading membership organisation in central London. You will lead on best practice regarding candidate recruitment and onboarding experiences ensuring they align to the organisation’s values and diversity and inclusion commitments. The postholder will lead on professional delivery, accuracy and timely execution of the recruitment and onboarding cycle, as well as oversee talent retention initiatives which attract new hires and benefit the professional development of our existing committed and skilled employees.
This is a full-time permanent role, paying £35-40k per annum plus excellent benefits – interviews will be taking place in January 2022.
Duties include:
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with the senior leadership team and hiring managers to ensure understanding of their current and future hiring needs.
- Efficiently manage the online recruitment process from job requisitions, candidate attraction, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure that the sourcing of suitable candidates is within acceptable timelines and within the recruitment budget.
- Effectively utilise traditional and social media advertising tools, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Seek ways to improve recruitment processes in line with internal and external best practise, employment law and the D&I arena.
- Review and advise on changes to relevant employment legislation.
- Provide reporting data and analysts of key metrics including recruitment costs, time to fill, diversity stats and where necessary propose remedial action.
- Maintain and review recruitment and onboarding tools, including templates, recruitment guidance, job adverts and interview questions.
- Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and online recruitment pages.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and colleagues supporting member committees on running an effective online recruitment process.
- Act as first point of contact for agencies and advertising bodies, cultivating relationships, negotiating competitive placement rates, agreeing SLAs and contractual terms to ensure they provides value for money.
- Identify and research new ideas and opportunities to build and develop networks online and attend relevant events or training to increase awareness and raise the profile of the organisation.
- Advise on appropriate assessment options and participate in selection interviews as and when appropriate.
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience of leading recruitment campaigns and managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously for a medium sized organisation.
- Highly competent and confident in using Microsoft tools and social media tools at intermediate to advanced level to manage workload and run effective recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to create reporting metrics, analyse and report on the data, make recommendations and decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of advising managers on recruitment and selection matters.
- Experience of establishing and managing relationships with external suppliers and possessing excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- A good working knowledge of current employment law and best practice, relevant to recruitment.
