Temporary Project Coordinator (20 hours per week) required by an award-winning international accreditation and membership organisation based in central London. The post holder will be central to the Project Team, who will see the implementation of a new Dynamics 365 CRM system, a range of online membership applications and member self-service facilities.  The Project Coordinator will handle the daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the project.

This is a PART TIME TEMPORARY ONGOING role, working 20 hours per weekpaying circa £13.00 to £15.00 per hour – interviews asap and immediate start thereafter. The 20 hours ideally need to be spread out over 4-5 days. The individual must work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings for fixed meetings, the rest of the hours can be flexible. This role will be remote working (as their offices in central London are currently closed).

Duties include:

  • Providing dedicated admin and project support to team
  • Diary Coordination and meeting scheduling
  • Task management, problem identification and resolution, highlighting potential and actual issues and creating a strategy for resolution.

  • Make recommendations when asked to research potential solutions to project issues 
  • Recommend the staff resource required for tasks, activities, and meeting attendance
  • Create and maintain lists of stakeholders and their areas of interest and / or responsibility
  • Support the Business Change Manager with communications

  • Act as a key interface between the Business Area Leads and Subject Matter Experts, and the project team receive feedback and feed it into project activities.

  • Active participation in internal and supplier project meetings
  • Coordinating all project business area leads and subject matter experts to ensure project activities remain on schedule
  • Responsible for maintenance of and improvements to the project teams SharePoint site
  • Project file and resource management in SharePoint Online
  • Developing trackers to provide visibility of project activity
  • Managing some project tasks to completion
