Job Details

Internal Recruitment Advisor (Belfast) required by a leading international consultancy firm to manage search and direct sourcing processes and campaigns, delivering excellent candidate experience to headhunted candidates and a first class client service to all stakeholders. The postholder will advise and partner with various stakeholders to create, coordinate and deliver direct sourcing/executive search strategies to attract talent. You will also be tasked with gathering and presenting various kinds of market intelligence and research to improve talent resourcing activity and to assist with increasing recruitment strategies.

This is a full time, permanent role paying circa £34-37k per annum – based in Belfast, NI – interviews asap via MS Teams Video Call !

Key duties include:

  • Sourcing and head hunting - utilising major job boards, social media and active campaigns
  • Overseeing large recruitment projects and campaigns
  • Setting realistic timetables and agreeing action plans with Line Managers
  • Managing candidates from sourcing right through to start date including negotiating salaries
  • Providing market intelligence and insights to line managers
  • Attending briefings and disseminating key information to all staff where required
  • Contributing to newsletter insights with the marketing team
  • Attending recruitment events, open days and seminars
