Part-time Recruitment Administrator

Salary £20,000 – £22,500 per annum pro rata plus benefits and performance bonus

Office based role

Location central London

Interviews to take place ASAP with a view to an immediate start

Ideally looking for someone to work 3 days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays essential) flexible on the 3rd day. This is a lovely role working with a small but busy team, working in a fast-paced environment. 

Duties:-

  • Answering calls
  • Checking timesheets for payroll compliance
  • Assisting with data input to in the payroll system
  • Ability to use Excel spreadsheets
  • Applying for candidate references

This role requires constant communication with candidates and clients you will need excellent customer skills

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and use your initiative for problem solving.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be IT competent, excellent Excel and MS Office skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels

  • Competent at prioritising a diverse workload to meet deadlines
