A Chartered Accountants practice based in central London are looking to grow their IT support team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual with a minimum of 6/12 months 1st/2nd line IT support experience. Salary £20K - £22Kpa pro rata
This is an urgent role - client will look to interview straight away with a view to an immediate start.

You need to be an excellent team player working as you will be working as a part of a small IT team. You will report to the IT Manager and IT. Partner, the successful candidate will have ideally 1 year's experience in working within IT and looking for your next level.

Ideally the successful candidate will have an MCP qualification and is looking to attaining the full MCSE qualification ( Company will support further training )

You must be able to take responsibility and work on own initiative.
Strong general IT troubleshooting skills and knowledge of IT infrastructure are essential.
Training will be provided for all the firm's internal bespoke IT systems.
The current complement of staff is one engineer with support from both the I.T. Manager and I.T.
Partner.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with 1st Line to 3rd Line Support calls.
  • Setting up users on all systems and applications.
  • Setup of new LaptopsDesktops.
  • Assistance with Server setup and migrations.
  • DR testing.
  • Office 365 Dynamics 365 admin.
  • Mimecast Admin.


As the candidate settles in, other I.T. tasks will be passed down by the I.T. Manager.
Full training would be provided for the internal systems and Microsoft Certified Qualifications.

Knowledge of the following would be an advantage:

  • Telephone systems.
  • Cloud services.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Server operating systems.
