I have several maintenance/ handyman opportunities avaiable across the London area.  I am looking for hardworking maintenance persons to assist with general maintenance, PAT testing, painting, etc

Responsibilities

• Repair of items and equipment in communal areas and also preventive maintenance
• Fixing taps, testing emergency lights and reporting any issues around the property.
• Basic plumbing and electrical work, re-hanging doors, painting, 
• Ensure all communal areas are kept to a high standard at all times
• Excellent customer service at all times
• Flexibility and a willingness to assist
