Bilingual (English & French speaking) Hair Stylist / Colourist required by a leading international hair colouring specialist.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and qualified Hair Stylist / Colourist to provide specialist support to customers from home!
This highly successful and established hair colour company is seeking an experienced bilingual (English & French speaking) Hair Stylist / Colourist to support their customer services team.
Salary £35,000 per annum – Remote working role.
This a remote working position, full time 40 hours per week – 9.00am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
The bilingual (English & French speaking) Hair Stylist / Colourist will use their colouring knowledge and excellent customer service skills on a daily basis to assess clients' individual hair colour cases online and provide customer service via phone, email and live chat. Duties include:
- Providing hair colour consultations in French and English via phone, email and chat from your home office. This will include overseeing and creating hair colour formulations via our online software
- Support clients in an online based contact centre environment through phone calls, emails, etc
- Match clients' desired hair colour and expectations to encourage repeat orders and/or rebooking
- Proactively build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure best customer outcome
- Demonstrate critical thinking by fully analysing clients' objectives and concerns and providing appropriate solutions
The ideal bilingual (English & French speaking) Hair Stylist / Colourist will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Current NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent
- Salon experience
- Bilingual in English and French (fluent – both written and spoken)
- In depth understanding of colour formulation and theory
- Positive attitude
- Aptitude for selling and cross-selling
- Excellent verbal and writing skills with good grammar
- Highly motivated, flexible, & energetic
