HEAD RECEPTIONIST
Location - City Salary
Range from £28,000 plus Bonus

A leading Property Company based in the heart of the City are looking to recruit a career Head Receptionist with at least 3-5 years Corporate Reception experience. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organisation who value their staff. You will need to be hihly organised, outgoing, personable, career receptionist with excellent communications skills spoken, written skills and presentation.

Duties
First point of contact for everyone entering the building, clients, customers, prospective tenants, agents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to all
Provide high levels of customer service at all times.
Assume role of Senior Fire Marshall and coordinate fire evacuations as required.
Provide first class customer service to all clients and visitors to the Centre.
Liaise with all existing customers and potential new customers to strengthen and increase good customer relationships by understanding them and their business.
Ensure all day-to-day customer needs and complaints are handled quickly, efficiently and to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Action customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner
Work closely with teams across the business to ensure
Deputise in the absence of the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager as and when required. Encourage inter-customer trading events through the companies network and location websites
Use relevant social media platforms (i.e. Twitter) to increase awareness of both customers and the Centre in the wider community in accordance with our policies.
Assisting in production and distribution of newsletter.
To run the reception, office administration and facilities within the Centre/s with the highest standards of professionalism, efficiency, and presentation in line with the companies policies and procedures.
In the event of a fire evacuation, assume role of Senior Fire Marshall and coordinate evacuation in line with policy for the Centre/s.
Assist the Centre Team in ensuring compliance with the companies Health and Safety policies and procedures, and all associated statutory requirements throughout the centre.
Familiarisation with the customer moving in and out procedures.

Ideally you will have experience working as a Corporate Receptionist within a professional services environment.
