Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week)
Salary £21,500 plus Bonus
Locations Chiswick / Central London / City of London

This is a brand and new exciting role for an experienced Barista to join this leading property management company with business centres all over London.

Your experience

• You need at least 1- 2 years Barista experience
• You will report directly to the Hospitality Operations Manager
• You will work closely with the Head of Business Development and Head of Hospitality and Events.
• Full training will be provided on how to pour the perfect flat white!!
• Provide exceptional service to all customers, and visitors
• You will need to be an outgoing, positive individual with excellent customer service skill coupled with the ability to multi-task
• Deliver consistent customer service ensuring a constant high level of service
• Ability to build a rapport with customers and clients
• Collect any feedback and share with the centre team
• Clear understanding of the products on offer to customers
• Provide hot beverages to the meeting rooms when required
• Ensure coffee bar and surrounding area is always clean and presentable
• Managing stock and relationships with suppliers
• Liaise with Centre Manager and team on daily basis to ensure a smooth operation
• Engage with all existing and potential new customers to strengthen and grow good relationships
• Events - (can range from workshops and seminars open to the public to small community building events such as breakfast and networking evenings).
• Assistance of any events in the space alongside the larger Centre management team, including attending evening events on occasion
