Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23,500
Days/Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm
Office based role in Farringdon c London (working from home on Saturdays)

Are you passionate about providing great customer services?

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a growing company as a member of the Customer Service Team. This job would suit someone with great written and people skills. The role will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to ensure their queries are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise. Your job will involve a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency as a result of the volumes that can arise. Drive sales from potential customers and cross-sell and upsell to new and existing customers


  • Strong customer experience
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with outstanding critical-thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Strong written skills 90% of this role is written work (webchat, email)
  • Ideally 2 years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and enthusiastic disposition
