Senior Customer Service
Full Time 37.5 Hours
Monday - Friday 08.00-16.00 or 10.00-18.00

A fantastic opportunity has a risen for a Senior Customer Service person to join a national student accommodation provider for one of their sites in the heart of Bristol. You will be joining a small but dynamic team and will assist in the day-to-day running of the site which will include collecting the rent and ensuring the building is a safe and great place to live.
You will have a strong sales focus, this is a hands-on role which will require you to balance the serious aspects of the role whilst providing a social and fun atmosphere - a community feel where students want to live and work. You will be working in fast paced, student environment - with a great tight knit team.
You will need to be an organised, approachable and personable individual with previous sales experience in a similar environment - comfortable working to targets and budgets. You need to a great communicator - both verbal and written skills. An understanding of tenancy agreements and debt management would be a distinct advantage; however, this is by no means essential.
