We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a prestigious Royal College based in Central London on a 3-month temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across a range of projects, programmes, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate diaries, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense claims for senior stakeholders.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, distribute papers, and take accurate minutes.
- Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and preparation of documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation.
- Assist with budget monitoring, purchase orders, invoices, and financial administration.
- Produce reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documentation.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple teams to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Provide support and guidance on internal systems and administrative processes where required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administrative experience within a professional, membership, education, healthcare, environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel, and diaries.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A professional, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
