We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to join a prestigious Royal College based in Central London on a 3-month temporary assignment.

This role sits within the Institute of Excellence and will provide administrative support to a range of senior leaders, projects, programmes, meetings, and events. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping teams deliver important work across workforce, leadership, education, practice, and international programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across a range of projects, programmes, meetings, and events.
    • Coordinate diaries, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expense claims for senior stakeholders.
    • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, distribute papers, and take accurate minutes.
    • Support recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and preparation of documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation.
    • Assist with budget monitoring, purchase orders, invoices, and financial administration.
    • Produce reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documentation.
    • Work closely with colleagues across multiple teams to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and on time.
    • Provide support and guidance on internal systems and administrative processes where required.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administrative experience within a professional, membership, education, healthcare, environment.
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel, and diaries.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
    • A professional, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
