New Business Manager required by a leading UK wide charity for their London team, the charity are continually looking to develop sustainable corporate partnerships that generate substantial income and other benefits. They have an award-winning track record of working with some of the nation's most high profile companies, driven by a focused and flexible new business approach.
This is a 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, working 35 hours a week, paying circa £42,000 pro rata plus excellent benefits. Interviews asap.
As the New Business Manager you will be responsible for leading on identifying, engaging and securing new partnerships. You will build on the healthy pipeline of prospects we have and further expand our business networks. You will quickly see synergies and opportunities in order to develop compelling proposals tailored to the companies that share our values and ambition. With a strong understanding of the business world and a respect for data, you will ensure that the charity monitor and report back upon their success.
We are looking for candidates with an creative approach, entrepreneurial instincts and a demonstrable track record of securing high value corporate partnerships. You will need strong experience in developing and negotiating commercially focused partnerships, including cause related marketing and sponsorship, in the not-for-profit or private sectors.
You should be able to build strong relationships at all levels and present confidently to senior audiences. To ensure the charity keep up momentum in a fast-paced environment, you will have an organised approach and the ability to prioritise busy workloads. Leading a team of two, you will have experience of line management and supporting development.
