Onsite Recruitment Consultant required based in Aylesbury to join one of the UK's largest recruiters. In return you will receive a competitive salary, dependent upon experience. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary £26,000 per annum.

As the Onsite Recruitment Consultant your duties will be to:

" To answer client and candidate and supplier enquiries through informed knowledge of client contracts to facilitate relationship building between the agency and their clients.
" Attending client meetings
" Managing specialist recruitment requirements
" Driving efficiencies and improvements
" To ensure that all touchpoints receive professional treatment through attention to detail and fantastic customer service .
" Liaising between client, suppliers and workers.
" Representing the company to other recruitment agencies, managing relationships and driving improvements
" Developing and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
" Plan and prioritise recruitment campaigns using effective time management tools to ensure each stage of the recruitment process is delivered within agreed SLA's and timeframes.
" Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships.
" Self-motivated, collaborative, proactive, diplomatic but assertive, flexible, efficient with a keen eye for detail, able to adapt to change.
" Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities
" Place quality candidates through effective networking; undertaking competitive research and carrying out leading edge marketing activities for the client, to secure additional business.
