Bilingual Customer Service Agents (fluent German / French / Spanish speaking) required by a rapidly growing global beauty company that creates and manufactures custom hair colour products, as well as provide guidance and expertise to all their clients. All roles are based in their highly successful London Customer Service / Call Centre Team. Although you will be working in a call centre environment they are far from traditional; the company encourages their agents to offer all clients a bespoke service, which is always tailor made to each individual.

We are looking for bilingual customer service agents who are fluent speakers of either French, German or Spanish.

There are a number of roles here as the call centre is expanding, this is an opportunity to be part of something special and unique!

Salary - £32,500 per annum - working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shift pattern in operation)

These are ALL permanent, full time roles and based in the West London area. Interviews asap !!

Key duties of the Bilingual Customer Service Agents:

" Working in a call centre environment, answering a high volume of inbound retention and customer service calls from across the UK and Europe.
" Provide customer service via phone, email and web chat in both English and either German/French/Spanish
" Use consultative sales skills to assess client goals, educate them on the benefits of the company, propose a customised solution and save clients from discontinuing service.
" Retain clients in accordance with company requirements and customer needs.
" Communicate ongoing retention activity and progress.

Essential requirements:

" Excellent customer service or call centre experience (preferably within retention sales)
" Bilingual in either German and English / French and English / Spanish and English
" Experience selling in a solution or service environment with first class telephone skills
" Experience of using CRM database systems
" Consistent track record of retaining a high percentage of clients.
" Flexible and able to thrive in fast paced, high growth environment.
