Senior Membership Officer (Assessments) required by a leading global membership and regulatory body with headquarters in the heart of London's City.
The postholder will support and coordinate various routes to membership, ensuring consistency between various routes; including to promote the body's membership to key stakeholders, as well as review and update membership processes and systems, coordinate the assessment processes liaising with candidates and assessors and supporting the work of the Membership Review Team. The post holder will work closely with the Membership Manager and Head of Membership to contribute to key membership strategies to maximise membership growth and retention.
This is a full time, permanent role, based in the City of London, working 35 hours per week, paying £31,600 per annum + excellent benefits.
Essential requirements of the Senior Membership Officer (Assessments):
" Experience of working within the membership team of a professional membership organisation
" A good understanding of the principles of assessing professional competence and the benefits of being a member of a professional body
" Excellent IT skills including advanced CRM knowledge and skills
" Experience of producing and analysing statistical data
" Experience of reviewing and implementing procedures and systems
" Effective stakeholder management skills
" A strong customer focus.
" Excellent presentation skills including experience of giving presentations
