Senior Direct Marketing Officer required by a leading UK wide healthcare charity. This important role sits within their National Fundraising Team and plays an integral role in helping to shape and grow their individual giving supporter base. Individual Giving is very much in its infancy at this charity and there is huge scope for developing and transforming this area which could bring about a real change in how the charity raise money from individuals and engage with their supporters.
This is a permanent role, working full time hours (35 hours per week), salary £32,000 to £35,000 per annum plus excellent benefits. This role will be based in their South West London office (London SW6).
The charity are looking for someone who has key knowledge of Individual Giving campaigns from start to finish and over a range of channels including direct marketing, telemarketing and digital.
You will be expected to develop and implement, in line with agreed plans and budgets, a range of proactive and integrated individual giving and legacy marketing activities.
You will manage and co-ordinate these integrated acquisition and retention campaigns both on and offline, to stimulate support from existing donors and recruit new supporters.
You will also manage relationships with external suppliers/agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered to plan and budget with key performance indicators met.
