A fantastic new opportunity awaits a skilled Lead Account Manager to work for a leading and well respected membership body based in the heart of central London. As a Lead Account Manager you will be required to win in-house business by responding to inbound enquiries by building relevant relationships within designated business development accounts and working with colleagues to ensure high quality service delivery.
This is a full-time, permanent role paying £29,000 per annum, plus UNCAPPED commission structure and excellent benefits.
Core duties of the Lead Account Manager:
" Proactively seek new opportunities for future sales
" Diary management of on-site meetings with new and existing clients.
" Respond to client enquiries
" Seek post-event feedback from stakeholders and communicate ideas for improvement
" Research target potential customers and initiate contact with them
" Prepare cost models for all opportunities ensuring profit is maximised
" Maintain records relating to opportunities
" Oversee event administration ensuring first class service delivery
" Brief course tutors on the clients' and organisational requirements
" Regularly update sales forecast and ensure accuracy
" Proactively build relationships with 'business to close' clients and secure confirmation of order
" Prepare and issue purchase orders
" Ensure training services are delivered on budget
" Strong sales experience in the Services / Training industry
" Able to write sales proposals
" Key experience of holding meetings and negotiation with decision makers in client businesses
" Able to prioritise work to meet multiple deadlines
" Able to accurately calculate prices, costs and profit
