Training Coordinator required by a leading global company based in central London. The post holder will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of public training courses and various accreditation programmes in the UK and overseas. The ideal applicant will have previous experience of working in a training/events administration role. Experience of database management and associated reporting is essential and some budgetary experience would be beneficial to this role but not essential. Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and a superb telephone manner are all essential.
This is a full time, permanent role, salary £29,000 per annum plus excellent benefits – hybrid working with a high degree of flexibility (i.e. remote / home and office working) – offices in the heart of central London – interviews asap !
Duties include:
- Responsible for scheduling, monitoring and administration of public training courses
- Scheduling, monitoring and administration of accreditation programmes and specialised courses
- Responsible for registration and confirmation of delegates on public courses
- Answering any potential client queries on public training and providing information on course content
- Collating customer waiting list details for interest on courses
- Responsible for informing relevant delegates on cancellation of any public courses
- Progressing changes and updates of course notes from tutors to production
- Sourcing tutors for public training courses
- Reviewing delegate pack and content on an annual basis
- Sourcing suitable venues for public training dates in line with budgetary constraints
- Prepare and maintain room layout requirements
- Booking accommodation and travel for tutors
- Administration of eLearning LMS
- Ensure all invoices are raised within Salesforce for public course delegates prior to training date.
- Working in conjunction with the Training Manager on annual public training budgets
- Provide cover for other team members when required.
