Job Title: Seasonal Park Paddling Pool Attendant
Location: Ravenscourt Park, London
Duration: End of May/Beginning of June to Early September
Working Hours: 09:00-17:30 (Thursday to Sunday), with a 60-minute lunch break
Total Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Pay Rate: £15.67 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Park Paddling Pool Attendants at Ravenscourt Park. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of the paddling pool facility throughout the summer season.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including toilet cleaning and emptying bins, to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for park visitors.
  • Monitor and maintain the tidiness of the facility, ensuring that it is clear of any rubbish or hazards during opening hours.
  • Provide excellent customer service to park visitors, addressing any concerns or inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with crowd control and ensure compliance with safety regulations to promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure the well-being of staff and visitors alike.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential, as the role requires working weekends and adhering to the specified schedule without exception.
