A top local authority located in West London is searching for a Learning Partnership Senoir Business Support Officer to start from early September.
Pay rate: £21.99 per hour PAYE (option for Umbrella PAYE)
Duration: 12 weeks (This role is a Term-term only)
Working hours are 9am -5pm Monday - Friday
Due to the nature of this role - this role will be fully on site.
Purpose of this role:
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team committed to continuous improvement by collaborating with headteachers and staff in H&F. Reporting to the Head of School Effectiveness, the post holder will lead service delivery support for the H&F Learning Partnership.
Summary of the key aspects:
- Coordinate and market the in-borough professional development programme to maximise engagement and ensure smooth delivery for schools and governors.
- Manage and update digital content for the Learning Partnership's engagement channels, including listing courses, maintaining the Learning Partnership website's e-content, updating the Governor-Hub course listings, contributing to the weekly newsletter, and managing web information and e-communications.
- Support the growth of the Schools Traded Offer provided by the Learning Partnership by overseeing the invoicing process, negotiating contracts with trainers, facilitators, and suppliers, and offering financial support.
- Organise SACRE meetings by supporting members, maintaining minutes and records, and managing digital content.
Personal Specifications of the role:
Maths and English GCSEs at level 4 and above.
Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, higher degree, and specialist/advanced level professional qualifications (desirable)
Significant experience of delivering business support and admin support successfully.
Evidence of effective engagement with stakeholders and partners to achieve joined-up solutions.
Experience of working successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of delivering high standards of performance.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience of providing high-quality reports and statistical information.
