Senior HR Advisor required by a leading global consultancy firm based in central London. This position will be working for the Europe and Israel region, this role reports into the HR Director and is a fully generalist role. As a direct contributor to the European HR Team and part of a dynamic global team that strives for excellence in work and social engagements.

This is full time, permanent role – salary £45-50k per annum (may be negotiable) – hybrid working model (office and remote / home working) – interviews asap – offices are located in West London

  • Manage and handle all employee relation issues such as disciplinary, grievance, long term sickness/capability issues and performance monitoring process
  • Providing support with consultation in relation to Group activities such as redundancy and change of employment Terms and Conditions.
  • Ensure that the Disciplinary, Grievance and Performance Improvement/Capability policies and procedures are relevant and provide clear guidance that represent the law and any best practice.
  • Ensure performance management process is followed (under legal guidelines), tracked as necessary and recorded internally then placed on employee files
  • Own and control all absence management data of the account, taking corrective actions in line with policies and procedures to the same quickly, fairly and effectively
  • Assist hiring managers with the recruitment function by following the recruitment process, ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained, and supporting the recruitment function as necessary from commencement to finalisation
  • Ensure the Recruitment Tracker for capturing relevant recruitment activity is up to date and sent to Human Resources on a monthly basis managers. 
  • Responsible for all elements of the UK/EU designated countries recruitment cycle
  • Responsible for general recruitment across all departments and disciplines (Sales, Research, Consulting and Service functions) of the company
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand the parameters of specific positions
  • Assist with advertising copy as required following the company’s house style and templates
  • Ensure advertisements are inserted into designated advertising sources using the most appropriate media within the required timeframes
  • Research and recommend alternative advertising sources to the HR Manager for consideration
  • Monitor candidate applications and collate CVs in preparation for short-listing
  • Conduct telephone interviews and telescreening
  • Assist with preparation of shortlisted applicants for subsequent referral to relevant hiring managers across the designated European countries /Business Units
  • Schedule interviews and prepare recruitment questionnaires.
  • Liaise with managers to identify testing/assessment needs and assist as required
  • Co-ordinate all post interview processes up to offer stage
  • At offer stage notify the Human Resources Director who will make the offer to the relevant applicant
  • Prepare weekly status reports on recruitment activities and ad hoc reports for statistical and budgetary purposes as requested
  • Assist with employee related queries ensuring all policy, contractual, legal or sensitive issues are dealt with in a professional manner and as per company policy and procedure.
  • Maintain up to date information on identified HR issues, trends and statistical information as necessary.
  • Be the first point of contact for any maternity, paternity, shared paternity, adoption and flexible working requests.
  • Responsible for the integrity of employee personnel files and ensure that all files contain relevant information for the various facets of the employees life cycle.
  • Employee changes, process according to company guidelines using the relevant recording     tools.
  • Provide HR Director with regularly updated reports on several matters such as headcount, company pension eligibility, long service awards, visa status, exit interviews analysis, fixed term contracts and sick leave absences, and ensure any support processes are completed.
