Salary: c £80k per annum with an excellent benefit package


Are you an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Developer/  Solutions Architect/  Lead Developer or similar?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a London based property company for a Lead Developer to manage the technical design and development of a new Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure suite of business systems.

As Lead Developer you will to be responsible for delivering the best integrated Full Stack solution while maintaining the very highest service levels. Your role will be to Develop Software of a high quality in line with departmental standards and procedures and organisation's architectural framework, delivering tailored solutions to empower staff to deliver exemplarily service.. You will be working in a small but dynamic, sociable, Tech Team delivering IT Operations, software development, client connectivity and infrastructure, to ensure projects and change management are delivered seamlessly.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be leading the development, solution and data architecture, team management and third-party supplier engagement. This will involve ensuring that systems are designed and developed robust, resilient, and secure business systems; technical oversight of projects; managing in-house and third-party development; working with partners to coordinate and dovetail projects; and manage a data quality programme.

Demonstrable experience as Lead Software Developer/ Solution Architect delivering systems strategies
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform Development Configuration, Customisation & Architecture experience
Azure DevOps experience including pipeline management, product backlog
Microsoft Azure Data Technologies, SQL Managed Instances, Data Warehouse
MS Dynamics 365 Development Certification
Agile experience and sound of knowledge of sprint frameworks.
Comprehensive understanding and experience using project management techniques.
Experience working with development teams, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
You will collaboratively with project teams, the IT team and developers, and you contribute to technical discussions.
Manage risk, to ensure applications are developed and tested to mitigate risks.
Assure successful user acceptance of implemented platforms.
Maintain relevant records and systems.
Write technical documentation for software applications and their components
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners as required, e.g. contractors and external suppliers
Help identify technologies that enhance the business and manage efficient workflows.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
A strategic mindset to evaluate impact of actions across the broader portfolio
