Salary: £30,000 - OTE up to £45,000

Hybrid -50% office - 50% home
Hours: Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Week: Monday - Sunday (5 days rota)
Weekends worked are paid at time and a half

For this role you will need to be a graduate (grade 2:1or above), highly articulate with drive and energy,1 - 2 years' experience (ideally from a legal environment). As Customer Sales Executive you will be to liaise with existing customers, lapsed and potential customers by means of live chat, telephone and email. Your objective will be to drive up average order values and assist customers with their queries. This job involves a high-level of multi-tasking with an element of urgency.
You will be commercially focused coupled with a positive outlook, with an eye on driving sales to highly profitable areas of the business.
Full training on our industry will be provided via an internal learning structure; however, we require someone committed to engaging in learning our industry as well as the products we provide, to ensure customers receive expert advice.

As Customer Sales Executive you help people form companies across all sectors, e.g. private limited companies, non-profit, and LLPs. Setting up a company can be a complex and time-consuming process, so that where you come in - individuals will seek advice, direction and guidance to assist and to demystify and take the pain out of the process.
