A 5 star luxury members club is recruiting for a skilled Receptionist to join their vibrant team!
This role is an exciting one greeting and meeting clients, guests, VIPs!
The Receptionist will feel like they are on stage and performing to provide a luxury customer service style!
This is a full-time permanent role paying 24,500 per annum, 5 days, 45 hours a week, rotation shift basis.
Key Responsibilities of the Receptionist :
You will most likely have/be:
- Provide a first class orientated service whilst working on the Club reception desk
- Meet, greet and escort Members and guests during private dining and Club events
- Monitor and ensure booking enquiries and walk ins are managed professionally and expediently
- Liaise and support all front of house teams related to Member requests
- Familiarisation of the Club’s current promotions to provide accurate information to Members Entry
- Similar Receptionist experience within hospitality
- 4/5 star background
- Previous acting/theatre experience will be advantageous
- Hosting experience
- Excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn
- Proficient in English language
- IT proficient
