A leading a Fashion Brand is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join their customer service team based in their Call Centre (Head Office) in Rochester, Kent.

This is a full-time permanent role paying £17,500 per annum + £1,200 bonus a year. 

You will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

Principal Accountabilities:
o To be the first point of contact for incoming customer queries via email, phone or written correspondence
o To investigate customer complaints and propose solutions, gaining authorisation from the senior team when required
o To log Web related queries into database, and refer onward as required
o To effectively manage the email inbox to ensure queries are prioritised and responded to
o To provide practical assistance to Stores and Regional Managers on customer service related issues
o To assist customers in placing online orders where required
o Provide customers with stock listings for mail order
o Respond to all customer queries regarding faulty returns and dealing with these when they arrive
o Respond to all customer queries regarding refunds on products purchased in stores
o Liaise with Head Office Departments, suppliers and customers and follow through customer queries to completion
o To keep all customer service records up to date, and provide reports as requested

The Customer Service Advisor will most likely have/be:
o Proven customer service experience
o Excellent written & communication skills
o Proficient with MS Office
o Team player
o Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
o Strong attention to detail
o Call centre background is desirable
