A world famous and highly respected membership body with fantastic offices in central London are recruiting for a Research and Content Coordinator.
This person will support their dedicated publishing teams with product development by coordinating research information and customer data and the development of content for courses, events and publications.
This is a full time, permanent role paying £29,000 per annum plus superb benefits - interviews will be held in early February 2020.
Duties and Responsibilities:
" Research and monitor behaviours of customers including feedback.
" Provide support for users via FAQs or similar website content.
" Work with Operations team to ensure that course files are kept up to date and correctly versioned
" Work with the Marketing team to monitor launches.
" Work with tutors and subject matter experts to get course material changes completed and signed off.
" Process invoices received and maintain invoice records for the Product Development team.
What we are looking for:
" Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 Suite especially Word and PowerPoint.
" Experience of using survey tools and Excel to gather, analyse and report data.
" Knowledge of training design (desirable).
" Knowledge of compiling surveys (desirable).
" Must be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
" Good organisational and time management skills
" Strong administration skills.
" Experience with digital product offerings (desirable)
" Customer support focused.
