Part time Receptionist and Office Services Assistant required by a respected global membership body.
This is a permanent, part time role, working Monday to Friday, 1.30pm to 5.00pm (17.5 hours per week).
Salary £21,956 pro-rata and based at their City of London Headquarters.
This role is often the first point of contact with customers and staff and creates an important first impression of the organisation. The role, which is primarily based at the main reception desk, involves meeting and greeting, responding to enquiries by telephone and email, administration support for several departments, room bookings, liaising with suppliers and contractors and other office services duties such as assisting with building checks. You will also gain experience and a good understanding of the operations of various other departments such as membership and finance by providing administrative support during busy periods.
With key experience of reception, facilities and administration work, you will have a customer-focused, pro-active approach along with good organisation and IT skills. Experience of operating an electronic switchboard, knowledge of health and safety matters, data protection laws and experience in a finance or membership role would be an advantage.
