A prestigious Royal College based in central London are in need of an Human Resources Manager to join their HR Team in the College on a temporary basis for an initial 3 months. The role will be working in the Tower Hill area


Time: Full Time/Mon-Fri/35 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Tower Hill, London

Job Summary:

This role will be managing the administration of a range of HR activities and projects. This will be more of a generalist role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generalist HR Duties 
  • Recruitment
  • Employment Relations
  • Oversee the recruitment process – the recruitment workload is very heavy so we do need someone who is very experience who can manage two staff members, liaise with recruitment managers and someone who can carry out recruitment tasks themselves
  • Take on employee relation cases – this will be mostly ill-health cases – mostly short-term 


Essential Skills and Requirements:
  • CIPD membership, MCIPD or FCIPD would be desirable
  • Proven breadth of human resources experience
  • Proven breadth of learning and development experience
  • Proven ability to make reasoned arguments and provide evidence to support these
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within the UK
  • Good numeracy skills
