HR Administrator required by a leading and well respected membership body based in the heart of central London. This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a keen and enthusiastic individual to play an integral role in a small but supportive and professional team environment.

This is a full-time, permanent role paying £25,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits. Interviews will be taking place in mid to late July 2019.

As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the provision of effective and efficient day-to-day administration across a variety of HR functions, so that the HR team and the wider group are provided with the most efficient, professional and accurate advice and support. The ideal candidate will be a team player, proactive and have a keen enthusiasm to want to learn, develop and support a small, yet friendly HR team.

Applicants should have key administrative experience in a busy HR department, including payroll administration skills and knowledge of HR practices and employment law. The successful candidate may also have the opportunity to get involved in some great HR initiatives and projects as part of the delivery of our HR strategy.

Core duties of the HR Administrator include:

" To act as HR first point of contact, advising employees on policies and employment practices.
" To be responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of the monthly payroll information, meeting the monthly deadline to agreed levels of accuracy.
" Management of the Human Resources Information System, providing support and recommending improvements as required.
" Ensuring all employees are assessed and auto-enrolled into the Group Personal Pension scheme in line with legislative requirements and liaising with payroll and pensions administrators as applicable.
" Administration of various employee benefits.
" Production of various reports including collation of headcount, diversity and length of service information.
" Updating policies, procedures and forms in line with current HR legislation.
" Advising employees on maternity, paternity and adoption leave queries.
" Production of correspondence and standard letters.
" Provide administrative support to the HR team, including minute taking, setting up meetings and tracking documentation, as required.
