Office Assistant & Receptionist required by a world leading, family owned luxury gifts and toiletries company to join their growing administrative team. The company manage exports of their products to 40+ countries worldwide. Candidates must be hardworking, flexible, pro-active and willing to get involved.
This is a permanent full-time position paying between £22,000 to £25,000 per annum. This role is based in North West London, near to Camden Town.
Duties of the Office Assistant & Receptionist include:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Reception duties
- Arranging couriers, taxis and deliveries
- Developing customer and supplier relationships
- Looking after the meeting rooms
- Ensuring a positive visitor experience
- Processing sample requests
- Organise travel arrangements
- Organise lunches and catering requirements
- Arrange and send out sample requests to include picking, packing and organising delivery
- Ordering office equipment and stationery
- Ensuring stock room is maintained, stock ordered and unpacked
- Any other general admin as required by the business
Skills required:
- Experience of working in a fast paced and busy office environment
- A flexible attitude and approach to tasks required
- Happy to act as a runner for the team with a can do approach
- A confident user of the full MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel

Office hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
