Senior Administrator required for a medical/health specific membership association based in the heart of London's West End, near Holborn / Chancery Lane. As a small and close knit team they are looking for a proactive person to help manage the day to day activities, maintain the organisation's membership database as well as assisting with the administration of major conferences and regular committee event coordination. As a small association this role offers the postholder relative autonomy to own their work, offering a unique license to grow their role within a fantastic organisation.
This is a permanent opportunity, working 35 hours per week, paying £32-38K per annum with an incredibly healthy pension scheme, flexible working patterns and excellent holiday provision.

-Having oversight of the tenancy agreement in place for the organisation's office, as well as its IT providers, database, software and website providers.
-Preparing and circulating agendas and supporting papers, minute taking and providing administrative support to the work undertaken by the organisation's committees.
-Ensuring the organisation meets its requirements to Companies House and the Charity Commission; preparing the papers for the organisation's AGM and liaising with the organisation's Solicitor as appropriate.
-Have oversight of the management of the organisation's membership records, the processing of its subscriptions and the maintenance of its membership database.
-Maintain and develop the appropriate areas of the organisation's website, liaise with relevant members to update website content throughout the year and the website provider as required.
-Post on social media platforms and to update the membership through these.
-Assist membership communication by e-mail updates, newsletters and other means, plus ensure that the organisation is GDPR compliant in its communication.
-Assist with the organisation's links with external bodies, for example other specialty associations, charities and healthcare organisations.
-Manage media enquiries received by the organisation and work with a PR agency as required.
-Assist with the production of publications including guidelines and yearbook.
-Understand the organisation's finances and provide cover for the Manager in this area.
