A large and well respected national Consumer Services Organisation, based in Bury St. Edmunds, is recruiting for an enthusiastic and driven temporary Customer Claims Advisers to join their fantastic team.
This role will run for approximately 6 months, in the first instance, and the successful candidates will have access to the company intranet and be able to apply for any suitable permanent vacancies should they wish.
The successful candidates will have the ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a friendly team of people, and will be an ambassador for this national organisation assisting with both customer claim registrations and customer complaints. As the first point of contact for all interactions, the Customer Claims Advisers will interact with customers, various In-House Departments, suppliers and other key business contacts.
Hourly rate: £9.23
Hours: Flexible working over 37.5 hours per week (including evenings up to 8.00pm with the requirement for occasional weekend working)
Duties will include:
- Taking ownership and progressing customer claims, including First Notification and follow up enquiries
- Handling inbound and outbound telephony in a pro-active manner
- Managing workflow and tasks with an awareness of GDPR
- Developing and maintaining knowledge and experience of relevant products and services
