A great new opportunity awaits a skilled Porter/Concierge to join a luxury London hotel with a difference! The Porter/Concierge will be responsible for providing first-class assistance to guests on arrival. From greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, promoting hotel facilities (i.e. Spa/Health Club) and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the lobby area at all times.
This is a temporary role in the first instance with immediate shifts available and a competitive hourly rate of pay.
The Porter/Concierge will most likely be/have:-
- Proven experience in high-end Hospitality/hotels
- Previous experience as a Doorman/Woman
- The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels with a confident and presentable manner
- Excellent customer service, phone manner
- A brand ambassador
- High attention to detail with pride to maintain the highest standards
