A national student accommodation brand with a leading position in this dynamic market are looking to recruit a Temporary Maintenance Coordinator/ Handyperson to provide general maintenance support. This is a national client with multiple London sites and this is a particularly busy period as they prepare for new tenants.
We're currently recruiting a Maintenance Coordinator/ Handyperson for a 2 day booking, in the first instance, paying £13 per hour.
Start date: 30th August
The successful Maintenance Coordinator/ Handyperson's duties will include all aspects of general maintenance on site including tiling & flooring, basic plumbing, ad-hoc repairs and more.
