A professional global finance body is recruiting for enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join their customer-facing contact centre. Working in fantastic offices near Liverpool Street, with a bright future ahead, the successful candidates could be given the opportunity to progress through the ranks, once proven in this role.
Based on a 12 month, fixed term contract, the successful candidate will be offered a salary of £23,000 per annum. Working hours will be between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Possible weekend work may be required with the opportunity to earn overtime pay.
Full training will be provided over 2 weeks. Successful candidates will then move on to work in the contact centre responding to written correspondence, leading on to verbal interaction with customers.
Duties and responsibilities of the role include:
- Confidently communicating with all audiences, both written and verbally, following up with customers when required
- Making a high volume of outbound calls (approx. 150 per day), maintaining first class service levels
- Multitasking and juggling several enquiries at once, using various computer systems and programs
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions including comments and actions taken, ensuring the database is kept up to date
With the ability to work under pressure, independently and as part of a friendly team of circa 30 people, the successful candidate will be an ambassador for a world leading organisation assisting with both Student and Membership base developments. As the first point of contact for all interactions, the Customer Service Representatives will interact with audiences including members, current students, prospective students, employers, tuition providers and more.
