Are you a skilled HR Generalist looking for a flexible working arrangement? Our client, a niche membership organisation and publisher, based in offices across the river from the Houses of Parliament in London, is looking for a capable HR Advisor/HR Generalist, available immediately and comfortable hitting the ground running in a stand-alone role with responsibility for all aspects of HR of the organisation - Circa 30 members of staff total.
Due to an organisational restructure, this role is being offered on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) for 4 months in the first instance. Paying c.£30,000 per annum, pro rata.
This is a pivotal role for the organisation with the postholder providing a key HR service to the business as a whole ensuring high standards are adopted within all elements of HR.
The successful candidate will be a proven HR Generalist, CIPD qualified, graduate or equivalent experience.
Specific knowledge must be drawn from Employee Relations, Policy development, Learning and Development and a solid grasp on Employment Law.
Must be able to build rapport and be a skilled builder or relationships.
