Based in London's City (Near Monument) we're recruiting for a skilled Office Services Supervisor to manage all Front of House and Facilities Operations for a leading National Membership Body.
The role is being offered as a 3 - 4 month temporary assignment, covering Maternity, paying £30,000, per annum equivalent.
This is a full-time role, working 35 hrs per week.
Responsible for the provision of office services to the London office, the postholder will champion Customer/Visitor Services in the Reception area, manage planned preventative maintenance works ensuring compliance, scrutinise and review building service supplier contracts, take responsibility for facilities projects and office refurbs and take charge of educating themselves to be a key lynchpin for member interaction and enquiries,
This is a unique, hybrid role, with staff management and a blend of front facing office services and maintenance focused facilities management all to ensure that the building runs smoothly and looks its best.
