At Red Personnel we can offer you
- 5.6 weeks holiday pay (pro rata) per year, which is accrued as you work. This is a separate payment and is not included in your hourly rate
- Weekly wages paid straight to your bank account
- Assignments based in the West End or City locations
- Long or short term assignments, ranging from one day to one year

What to do if you don't have a P45?
If you don't have a P45 from your previous employer and are not currently studying, please download and complete a P46 Form and return it by fax to 020 7723 6956.
Failure to submit either a P45 or a P46 will result in the deduction of emergency tax.
Student Tax Exemptions
Students working during the holidays are exempt from paying tax so long as certain requirements are met. To obtain exemption, please download and complete the P38 - Student Exemption Form and return it by fax to 020 7723 6956.
Failure to submit the form to us will result in the deduction of emergency tax.
Holiday Requests
As a temporary worker, you are entitled to 5.6 weeks of holiday per year on a PRO RATA basis. Your entitlement runs for one year from the first day of your first assignment. To request holiday, please complete the holiday request form
Holiday cannot be carried over. Failure to take your holiday within the 12 month period will result in loss of holiday entitlement.
